I am using a MAM-50 and a smaller Millennium Mount. The MAM-50 has a nominal payload of 50 kg and roughly corresponds to an AP1200. The MMÂ is about half the size and payload. Both mounts are produced only in small numbers, and I am very happy with them. For controlling I use the Dynostar. Before that, I had the non-goto version of a G11. It was good for imaging with film, but it did not fulfill my (admittedly rather high) requirements for CCD imaging.
About the Millennium Mount
As far as I know, the Millennium Mount went out of production. Producing high-quality mounts in very small numbers apparently does not pay off.
