Working Group for the History of Astronomy:
How to contribute to the electronic newsletters

The following contributions to the newsletters are welcome:

• Announcements of conferences and exhibitions,
• Information and texts about museums and memorials,
• Information about archival collections,
• Information about new books,
• Information about other journals and newsletters,
• Information about other societies and working groups,
• Other general information concerning history of astronomy and related fields.

You may also send requests for help with problems concerning history of astronomy, which have to be addressed to a wider audience. However, I will decide whether these are suitable for the newsletter.

The newsletter is not a journal, but provides meta-information, i.e. where to find information (books, conferences, museums, etc.). Therefore, articles devoted to special subjects in history of astronomy cannot be accepted.
